Portal terms of use
Simple rules for using your SunBeam Developments Customer Portal account.
Your account
Portal access is personal to you. Keep your password confidential and tell SunBeam Developments promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You must not attempt to access another customer’s information or interfere with the Portal.
Vehicle records
The Portal displays information selected from SunBeam Developments’s workshop records. It is provided for convenient access and does not replace an invoice, written quotation, warranty document, safety instruction or direct advice from SunBeam Developments. Contact us if anything appears incomplete or incorrect.
Availability and access
We aim to keep the Portal available and accurate, but maintenance or technical faults may occasionally interrupt access. SunBeam Developments may suspend or withdraw an account where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, ownership changes or record protection.
Files and permitted use
Files made available through the Portal are for the authorised customer’s use in connection with the linked vehicle. Do not publish, resell or distribute proprietary files without permission.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or affects your statutory consumer rights. Any limits or warranties applying to workshop services remain those agreed for the relevant work.
